Aerotech Galvo Scanner

I had the opportunity to work on the fascinating Aerotech Infinite Field of View project. The animation was built to scale, utilizing Xpresso to output precise measurements, demonstrating my attention to detail and technical prowess. Once the rig was constructed, the only required animation involved raising and lowering the scanner unit. The Workpiece XY FOV shot was broken down into 16 Adobe Illustrator artboards, which were then exported as usable splines in C4D. I assembled these components like a jigsaw puzzle and employed multiple spline Sweeps to illustrate the desired and actual cuts. The large scanner, known as the Galva Gantry Unit, was animated entirely from a spline. I skillfully used Xpresso and C.O.F.F.E.E. to animate the rig, ensuring that any shape could be placed into the animation, with all parts correctly tracing (cutting) the desired form. This project was undertaken under the expert art direction of EMG. If you're seeking a dedicated and skilled 3D animation freelancer who can handle intricate projects with ease, look no further!
